Direct Sourcing / Supply Chain

Direct Sourcing + Cut-To-Size Supply Chain

A U.S. installer required a white stone commonly marketed under a commercial name (“Soho”).
We identified the true source material (Vanilla), removed brand confusion, and structured a direct Turkey route for a controlled 60x120 cut-to-size execution.

Instead of purchasing through standard distribution channels, we selected a qualified workshop route and conducted on-site block screening before production. Strict selection criteria were applied to protect tone consistency and structural integrity across the full batch.

We monitored production, aligned documentation with actual output, and structured packing for export — ensuring what was quoted was exactly what was delivered.

Key Controls
We verified the real material behind the commercial label, screened blocks on site, monitored cut-to-size production, and aligned packing lists and export documentation to eliminate surprises at arrival.

Install-Ready Packing + Export Alignment

Outcome
The client received an install-ready cut-to-size package with a shorter supply chain, stronger quality control, and full traceability from yard to U.S. delivery.
No re-interpretation. No relabeling confusion. No downstream friction.

How do you approach a new request?

We start with a structured scope review. Drawings (PDF/DWG), unit system (imperial/metric), thicknesses, edge details, tolerances, quantities, and delivery target. If anything is unclear, we issue a short clarification list before pricing — so the quote remains executable through production, packing, and export.

What information do you need to price accurately?
How do you avoid conversion and tolerance mistakes?
How do you manage stone selection and consistency?
How do you make sure shipments arrive install-ready?
