Master Bath — Vein-Matched Cut-To-Size + Mitered Details

A high-detail master bath in Calacatta Vagli, driven by one priority: controlled veining across all visible surfaces. From early slab/block screening to final cut-to-size execution, we ensured the aesthetic intent held through fabrication constraints.

The scope included 45° mitered edges, niches, and multiple cut-to-size components, with strict coordination across fluted wall panels and shower transitions. Drawings were validated, unit systems confirmed, and detailing logic aligned before production to eliminate downstream improvisation.

We applied a simple rule: the stone must read as one composition — not separate pieces. That required disciplined slab selection, photo-based approvals, and technical control on the areas most prone to failure — miters, niche returns, and surface transitions.

Key Controls
We aligned slab selection with a defined vein strategy, validated CAD buildability (imperial/metric), coordinated miter geometry before cutting, and tied QC checkpoints to packing list verification — ensuring install-ready continuity.

Outcome
The result was an install-ready package with consistent veining, cleaner miter transitions, and fewer site-level decisions. Upstream aesthetic control and technical validation reduced fabrication risk and protected the final look across all surfaces.

How do you approach a new request?

We start with a structured scope review. Drawings (PDF/DWG), unit system (imperial/metric), thicknesses, edge details, tolerances, quantities, and delivery target. If anything is unclear, we issue a short clarification list before pricing — so the quote remains executable through production, packing, and export.
